When should I hire you?
How soon do you want to stop the stress of planning a wedding? 😀 We have had clients hire us before they’ve even found a venue. We also have had clients hire us 4 months away from wedding day. It is entirely up to you . We are prepared to help you plan your wedding the day after you get engaged. Couples have admitted that planning a wedding turns into a part time job. The ones who have hired us right away have said that they love the fact that they didn’t have to do the planning all on their own.
I see that you are certified. What does that mean?
Yes, we are proud members of the internationally known Certified Wedding Planners Society. This means that we went through a vigorous education course that prepared us to be wedding and event planners. CWPS provided us with tools, templates, and ways to make the wedding and event planning experience a great one. And because of CWPS, you as a client, receive partnership discounts from places like Kleinfeld Bridal Party or Minted.com. It is a lifetime certification, but there countless continuing education courses, mentorship, and peer interaction. We love it so much because are connected to a community that is not afraid to ask hard questions, ask for advice and most importantly-be there for each other!
What is your fee?
Our fee vary based on what type of services you are looking for. If you are looking for month of coordination, we start at $2,250. We offer partial planning and full planning services as well. During our initial free consultation we can determine which services are best for you!
Do you travel?
Yes! We are well equipped to help you plan your event right where you are. Travel fees can be included in any package selected.
Do you work with couples/clients that don’t live in the area?
Absolutely! Being based in Florida, destination has become our middle name. Whether if you are visiting Florida or you rather take us with you to another destination, we can bring our expertise and fun wherever we land. Also, we are connected to a huge network of planners and preferred vendors. So if we have never been to that destination before, that’s okay, we know who to ask!
Can you help us save money?

Can you help us book vendors?
Of course! That is our main goal. No matter what collection you choose, you’ll have access to our preferred vendor list. That way both you and our team know that we are working with the best of the best for your event! For our more inclusive collections, we will not only find the vendors, but negotiate and comb through contracts for you!
My venue said that they provide a coordinator, do I really need to hire you?
Can we tell you how much we love this question? Unfortunately, a venue coordinator typically gets confused with a designated wedding planner. With the knowledge of being on both sides, venue coordinators are there to solely focus on the venue and everything that they are set to provide. As far as a wedding coordinator, we are there to help YOU. From vendor meetings, timelines, vendor coordination, floor plans, etc., we are are there to help you every step of the way.
What’s the difference between month-of coordination and day-of coordination?
Another fave question! First, the term ‘day-of’ coordination is very popular, but very inaccurate. There is no way anyone can come in the day of the wedding and take charge to ensure everything runs smoothly. How could you trust a person with what is probably the most important day of your life that you just met? Our wedding management package begins 8 weeks out. We want to understand you, your fiance, and the vision you have for your big day. We want to have adequate time to speak to your vendors-make sure they get what they need. We want to make sure we understand every detail needed to ensure a smooth and spectacular day.
Do you only plan weddings?
Nope! We specialize in weddings, however also plan social and corporate events.
